Pontiac Train Pig Powder

This is an award winning Memphis style rub.  Well balanced with sweet and hot components.  It caramelized beautifully.  Wonderful on pork ribs, chops and pulled.  It is also fantastic on chicken.  

Blended with brown sugar, kosher salt, Demerara sugar, grains of paradise, onion, garlic, yellow mustard, chili powder, brown mustard, black pepper, rosemary, marjoram, clove and allspice.
